1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, attending, or participating in any coaching session, course, workshop, speaking engagement, digital product, or related service provided by Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Liam Pierce Ltd. Co.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to:

One-on-one coaching

Group coaching programs

Online courses and training programs

Live or virtual workshops

Speaking engagements and keynote presentations

Digital products, toolkits, and downloads

Membership programs and masterminds

Merchandise sold in connection with services

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be made in full (or as per agreed payment plan) prior to access to any service or product.

For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your level of participation.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions, courses, workshops, speaking engagements, or digital products once purchased, except where required by law.

If you cannot attend a live event, you may be eligible to transfer your registration to another person or apply it as credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations (Coaching)

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

Missed sessions without notice are not refundable or transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by us—whether live, recorded, written, or digital—remain the intellectual property of Liam Pierce Ltd. Co.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your own learning and development.

You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all personal and business information you share during coaching sessions or programs confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants in group programs, workshops, or masterminds.

8. Results Disclaimer

Coaching, courses, workshops, and speaking engagements are educational and developmental in nature. We make no guarantees of specific results or outcomes.

Your success depends on your commitment, participation, and application of the concepts taught.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

9. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

Participate fully and in good faith.

Complete assigned work or exercises as applicable.

Treat all participants and facilitators with respect.

Avoid disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program or event without refund if their behavior is deemed harmful or inappropriate.

10. Media Release

By participating in live events, you grant us permission to use your image, voice, and participation in photographs, videos, or recordings for marketing and training purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your use of our services.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, illness, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

No Refund Policy

At Liam Pierce Ltd. Co. (including Coaching Made Modern, Pierce Through Limits, SHFTD Wear, and related brands), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason except where required by law. This policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:

One-on-one coaching sessions and packages

Group coaching programs and masterminds

Online courses and training programs

Live or virtual workshops

Speaking engagements and keynote bookings

Digital products, toolkits, and downloads

Event tickets and registrations

Merchandise and apparel

Why No Refunds?

Our programs, events, and products require significant preparation, resources, and in some cases, immediate delivery of digital content or reserved time slots. Once a purchase is made, you receive instant access to materials, resources, or a reserved seat that cannot be resold.

Transfers and Credits

While we do not offer refunds, you may be eligible to:

Transfer your registration or seat to another person

Apply your payment as credit toward a future program or event (subject to approval)
